6 course dinner for 4

We decided to start a little catering company that would accomodate intimate parties of one to twenty people. Imagine having the best meal of your life in the privacy of your own home without having to do anything.
Matt's parents came to visit and we prepared a 6 course meal to demonstrate what we could do. Our first audience was about to sample our menu...

Salad with roasted garlic vinaigrette

Shrimp with white beans and rosemary

Tap root ravioli with beet vinaigrette and hazelnuts

Panelle (chickpea cake) with roasted tomato sauce

Tilapia with cucumber and scallions

Not seen: Yellow roasted stuffed pepper with black bean wine sauce

Results:
The dinner went perfectly and was a complete success. Everyone was impressed and totally satisfied. We truly believe we can make people very happy with our passion and commitment to food. Having been in the food industry for 20 years, we both know how to anticipate peoples' needs, making them feel comfortable and completely at home. With the combination of our delicious food and amazing hospitality, we are completely confident that we can create a meal that will blow your face off.

The first harvest of Many!

 
Today, we harvested our first set of radishes, which we grew from seed. It only took about two weeks and the result is amazing! We utilize both parts, the greens and the actual radish. The taste is so fresh, so vibrant and so delicious.
